Tourism Masterclass
We offer full or half day Tourism Masterclass sessions for FE and HE. Your students can take part in seminars with our specialist staff, learning from the practising professionals in a working visitor attraction context.
Content can be tailored to the needs of your group, but typically involves seminar and workshop sessions on the following topics:
- marketing
- business strategy
- customer service
Sessions are interactive and challenging and use a variety of delivery methods including lectures and group activities.
