Science Learning Programme Admission Fees
Formal education groups benefit from our special admission rates. These rates include a choice of curriculum-linked workshop or show from our education programme.
The admission fee depends on the education programme activity you choose to enjoy during your visit.
A standard education visit, consisting of a standard workshop or show (i.e. all activities with the exception of our Circuits workshop), plus exhibition and packed lunch space, to a maximum of three hours' visit duration costs £3.50 per pupil.
Our Circuits workshop, which includes high value consumables for pupils to take home, plus exhibition and packed lunch space, to a maximum of three hours' visit duration costs £6 per pupil.
One adult is admitted free of charge with every eight pupils. Extra adults are charged at £4.50 each.
For a full day of scientific discovery, schools may extend their visit with extra activities. If you would like to add an extra workshop or show to your visit, this will be charged at £1 per head for all standard workshops and shows, and £3 per head for Circuits.
